WETBLUE SKINS
General characteristics
- European outline (Trimmed)
- Skinning: 100% mechanical assisted
- Whole or cut into leaves
- Divided to different thicknesses depending on the range
- Number of skins per pallet correctly counted
* Both the format and the thickness can be changed at the customer's request
STANDARD QUALITY SKINS WET BLUE
QUALITY A & AB:
Leather for the production of Plena Flor, Anilina, Nobuck and others.
Leather that can have up to 10% of its surface with light defects.
QUALITY B1 & B2:
Leathers for the production of Light Nappa type articles, engravings of fine pores or light rectified.
Leather that can have up to 20% of its surface with light defects
QUALITY C:
Leathers for Economic Items (Engravings, Rectified and Light Prints).
Leathers with 30% of significant defects (scratches, open cuts, flower undercuts, etc.)
QUALITY C1 & C2:
Leathers for Economic Items (Engraved, Rectified and Stamped).
Leathers with 50% significant defects. (scratches, open cuts, flower shades, etc.)

QUALITY A:
For high quality flocking, it has no defects
QUALITY B:
For economic plush with few defects

CONDITIONS:
• Normal Dyeing: Adjust tone trying to be equal or slightly below the tone of when it is sanding.
• Nobuck Dye: It adjusts to the tone, almost equal to the sample sanded in dark colors, they are xxx e more by square feet.
